    You should know that Clenbuterol is working on specific receptors (beta2-adrenergic receptors). The human body is quickly getting accustomed to the effects of Clenbuterol and with time, it starts to lose potency. That’s because Clenbuterol is “burning” those receptors.     If you need to lose weight, you can also add Clenbuterol – a non steroidal stimulant. Since it is not a steroid, you could use it alone or stacked with steroids. But watch out for side effects. Clenbuterol is a good addition especially for weight loss. Steroids cuts fat and maintains muscles, Clenbuterol is doing wonders for melting off fat. It is not a steroid but effective for cutting. Start at 20 mcg a day, increase with 20 mcg every week. go for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of cycle (10 weeks including off weeks). don’t increase dosage if you can’t tolerate side effects. Last week slowly decrease dosage. Never go over 120 mcg a day. If you add Clenbuterol, we highly recommend adding potassium, taurine and electrolytes supplements. Better use Clen in the morning so it would wean off until night so you could sleep. This means take your dosage at 5 AM. Might try to use at about 2 PM. If you use it later, you may suffer from insomnia. Clenbuterol is not going to touch your testosterone production so you don’t need anti-estrogens or PCT plan. However, it is not good for the cardiovascular system so pay attention. That’s why, if you don’t really care about muscle maintenance, you can go for Clenbuterol alone cycle, and see how it goes. You won’t be needing PCT and anti estrogens. But still need lots of cardio, workout and clean diet! It would help burn fat and maintain some muscles. It would give energy and endurance as well!

    One example of how to use Clen, but there are many other methods.
    Week 1: 20mcg/day
    Week 2: 40mcg/day
    Week 3-4: OFF
    Week 5: 40mcg/day
    Week 6: 60mcg/day
    Week 7-8: OFF
    Week 9: 60mcg/day
    Week 10: 80 mcg/day

    Another example could be: 20 mcg/day first week and then increasing by 10 mcg/day every week until reaching high dosage and/or intolerable side effects.

    Clenbuterol is not actually an appetite suppressant. It’s a product that improves your metabolism, and increases heart rate and body temperature in order to allow faster fat loss. The problem is that Clenbuterol without diet and workout does not work. It’s great for fat loss, but only when you’re having your diet and workout in check.     I am very happy with this product, so far. You have to be careful with this product, so for me, I really started to feel it at 80mg per day taken 45 minutes before the gym. Due to the intensity of your heart rate spiking on this product I did not do high intensity cardio with it, as I normally would do without. Your heart rate spikes high at low exertions, for me at least. I used that to my advantage and was able to moderate the intensity of the heart rate spikes by decreasing the intensity of the cardio I was doing, yet, my heart rate was acting like I was more fatigued than that. It is pretty incredible on heavy lifting days too… Talk about a pump! This brand and product does what it is supposed to do. Be careful, listen to your body telling you it’s limits and work it to your advantage!
