    Clenbuterol is a stimulant of metabolic rate (metabolism). Start at 20 mcg per day for 2 weeks. Then completely stop for 2 weeks. Increase to 40 mg per day for another 2 weeks. Then completely stop for 2 more weeks. Go for 60 mg for 2 more weeks and then off again for 2 weeks. remain at 60 mcg per day for a week and then lower to 40 mcg per day for the last week then completely stop. Do not increase dosage if you get side effects. Add potassium and taurine supplements during the use of Clenbuterol. Watch out for heart related issues or high blood pressure issues. Another method is to use Clenbuterol – 20 mcg per day and then increase by 10 mcg per day every week until you can’t tolerate side effects but never go over 60-80 mcg per day.
    The below information is just an example of a cycle but you can adjust dosages/ cycle length according to how you feel:
    Clenbuterol:
    Week 1-2: 20 mcg a day (split total daily dosage in 2 even halves, for example – 10 mcg AM, 10 mcg afternoon (don’t take it in the evening). Might attempt it all at once in the morning.
    Week 3-4: OFF
    Week 5: 20 mcg a day
    Week 6: 40 mcg a day
    Week 7-8: OFF
    Week 9-10: 60 mcg a day
    Is highly recommended to supplement yourself with taurine and potassium during the entire cycle. Do not increase dosage if you can’t tolerate side effects. Use Clenbuterol the first thing in the morning in an attempt to avoid insomnia. Might increase up to about 80 mcg a day if you feel you need and tolerate more.
